Deem’s started in a small student kitchen in Rotterdam. It began as a hobby after lectures and watching late-night baking youtube videos. It was all about trying out new recipes, playing with flavours and of course the first bite of a freshly baked cookie. It became a pause in my day, a moment to relax in the middle of a busy schedule. I never planned to turn it into a business. But the joy of creating something from scratch and the moment of the first bite is something I wanted to share. Deem’s is built around that feeling. Of slowing down. Of doing something with care. And of finding the small joy in something freshly baked. Every cookie is made in small batches, packed with care, and sent out by hand.
